Rowden Court was originally built in 1882 to house the horses and the carriages that were used on the large country estate of the late Lord Revelstoke. The various buildings at Rowden Court were sympathetically converted into a delightful group of holiday homes in 1985.
Each of the units at Rowden Court is completely self-contained but there are also several very useful communal facilities. These include the landscaped gardens, a barbeque area, tennis court, games room and laundry.
Rowden Court is completely surrounded by unspoilt countryside but it is less than 1/2 mile from the village of Noss Mayo (to the north). If you head in the opposite direction, it is less than 1/2 mile to the South West coastal path, cliff-top walks and the sea.
